Leadership Course
This leadership course was designed to provide broad knowledge of leadership theories, styles, and methods. Self-analysis will provide foundation for future leaders to select the style of leadership that fits within their strengths. Problem-based learning exercises will allow each student to “practice” leadership and receive feedback from classmates. Practical application of all topics will be stressed throughout each class.

Making decisions and solving problems effectively is a necessary and vital part of all leaders’ responsibilities. This course is designed to improve decision-making skills. Considerable time will be devoted to problem-based learning and practicing of the decision-making skills.

Coaching and Performance Management Course
This course was designed to develop an understanding of the importance of creating relationships that will develop a workforce with skills needed to compete in a globalizing world. This training approach looks toward the future rather than the past (as Performance Evaluation does) and encourages team members and leaders to receive constant feedback from relationships, giving everyone a maximum amount of control over their own performance.

The team-building course will expose participants to the dysfunctions that arise and the antonyms that will propel a team into a collaborative, productive working unit. We will explore building trust—the foundation of all great teams—and how to continue building trust in meetings, in one-on-one conversations, and within team settings. Finally, succession planning methods will be explored so organizational values can be sustained.
