“The results of an audit into the Maricopa Police Department’s management structure reflect communication gaps between officers and upper management, as well as an overwhelmingly low amount of confidence in the department.
The audit, which was an external audit conducted by Citygate Associates, featured interviews with 24 department employees, which the audit states accounts for 39 percent of the department’s staff, as well as Maricopa City Council members, City staff, local businesses, the Maricopa Unified School District and members of the public.”…read more
