Richard Carr, Vice President of Administration, has over 35 years of private sector management experience and most recently served with the Sears Holding Corporation as the Vice President of Field Operations for the Western States. He is a specialist in all aspects of management training, staff development, labor relations, and personnel administration. Mr. Carr oversees management training centered on character development as well as Citygate Associates' administrative processes. Mr. Carr holds a bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Northern California.
