South San Mateo County (CA)	In conjunction with the Menlo Park Fire Protection District study, several other fire service jurisdictions in South San Mateo County were included in a separate abbreviated Standards of Response Cover deployment analysis.
Menlo Park Fire Protection District (CA)	Standards of Response Cover deployment analysis for the District, which includes both the City of Menlo Park and the adjacent cities and unincorporated areas of the County of San Mateo.
City of Alameda, CA	Analyzed overtime costs of the Fire Department in relation to agreed upon benefits for the departmental members and federal regulations that establish criteria for the granting of overtime. Conducted an “abbreviated” deployment analysis to determine fire station coverage and to provide on going support toward the Fire Department’s creation of a full deployment plan.
City of Minneapolis, MN	Development of a deployment analysis to determine fire station locations and crew staffing needs for the Minneapolis Fire Department.
City of Cleveland, OH	Perform an abbreviated review of the proposed re-deployment plan for the Cleveland Fire Department and in Citygate’s professional opinion determined the extent to which service levels will be affected by the proposed re-deployment plan.
Yuba City, CA	Assistance for the City of Yuba City, CA, the adjacent Walton Fire Protection District, and Sutter County in the planning and implementation of a successful transitioning of the Walton Fire Protection District into the Yuba City Fire Department. Citygate performed a Standards of Cover review for the City as a part of this study.
City of Monterey Park, CA	Standards of Response Coverage plan to determine the optimum relocation site for one fire station.
City of Vacaville, CA	A deployment analysis to determine fire station and fire crew coverage and staffing in the existing City and possible annexation areas.
City of Costa Mesa, CA	Study of current fire station location effectiveness, and efficiency in meeting the service demands within the City, followed by recommendations to address opportunities for improvement.
City of Seaside, CA	Review of the existing City fire department fire protection services and performance expectations, including: use of the Standards of Response Coverage Model to determine travel time impacts on existing fire station locations generated by proposed development; examination of prior incident response demographic data; and technical support to document findings of the immediate study area.
