The study reviewed the current capacity of the Departments to respond to emergency fire and medical incidents within the area and the fiscal capacity of the Fire Departments and the jurisdictions to provide adequate fire and medical emergency response.
Suisun City , CA	Fire review services for the Suisun Market Place (SMP) project, including an analysis of different scenarios for fire station location and a cost analysis of funding for the SMP.

City of Folsom, CA	Standards of Response Cover deployment analysis for the City of Folsom, CA. This study included in its review the neighboring community of El Dorado Hills.
City of Fremont, CA	Analysis of recent response statistics for the City of Fremont Fire Department. Facilitation services to assist in building, implementing and maintaining a contemporary fire services deployment model for the City, and to build public awareness support prior to a significant bond issue vote.
Fire District of South Santa Clara, CA	Development of a fire service deployment plan and performance goals known as a “Standards of Response Cover Plan,” which assisted the District with its planning for the needs of the area it serves. The study included an independent review of the current fire station sites and a number of fire companies with their staffing levels, as well as any station location change opportunities that may exist.
City of Vista, CA	Multi-phased engagement for the City of Vista. Study began with a financial review, then included a Standards of Coverage analysis, and finally an update of impact fees.
