Review of the emergency response capabilities of the Stockton Fire Department to the Port of Stockton area to determine the Fire Department’s ability to provide the same response time delivery for the first-due fire engine consistent with the goal to the rest of the existing City. Subcontractor to assist in fire services review to provide fire services re-deployment scenario advice to meet fiscal challenges, based on Citygate’s prior deployment studies for Stockton in 2008 and 2009.
City of Ogden, UT	Standards of Response Cover deployment analysis followed by a general review of non-deployment systems in the Ogden Fire Department.
City of Eureka, CA	Standards of Response Cover deployment analysis for the City of Eureka, CA.
City of Vallejo, CA	Fire services evaluation, including: the overall staffing and deployment of fire services; the service needs of the Hiddenbrooke Development; the impact of fire station or crew reductions, if necessary; the adequacy of the headquarters staffing; an analysis of the impacts of the current firefighter work schedule being tested; and finally, any policies or issues inordinately driving up the usage of overtime. Separately, Fire Staffing Plan update from previous deployment and fiscal study project to help City labor relations and fiscal teams to model the impacts of various re-deployment strategies for the City of Vallejo’s fire services.
Snohomish Fire District #1, WA	Standards of Response Cover verification study and future fire station locations planning assistance.
South Santa Clara Valley, CA	Sub-regional fire department re-organization feasibility study for the South Santa Clara County Area Fire Departments. The study reviewed the current capacity of the Departments to respond to emergency fire and medical incidents within the area and the fiscal capacity of the Fire Departments and the jurisdictions to provide adequate fire and medical emergency response.
Suisun City, CA	Fire review services for the Suisun Market Place (SMP) project, including an analysis of different scenarios for fire station location and a cost analysis of funding for the SMP.
City of Folsom, CA	Standards of Response Cover deployment analysis for the City of Folsom, CA. This study included in its review the neighboring community of El Dorado Hills.
City of Fremont, CA	Analysis of recent response statistics for the City of Fremont Fire Department.
