Development of a long-range strategic plan for the City of Dixon Fire Department. This study evaluated the current capacity of the Department to respond to emergency fire and EMS incidents within its area, and reviewed other operational areas.

Development of a fire department diagnostic evaluation for the City of Soledad. This study and resultant planning recommendations was commissioned to evaluate the current capacity of the Department to respond to emergency fire and medical incidents within its area, and to review other related operational issues.

The goal of the study was provide a strategic master plan document that will allow the City to manage its finite resources to maintain or increase levels of service while at the same time decreasing duplication of effort and achieving cost savings.
