Cities of Newark and Union City	Consolidation feasibility analysis of merging fire services to gain economies of scale and improved services in these challenging economic times. Additionally, evaluation of the possibility of ALCO providing contract fire services to one or both cities.
Southern Marin FPD (CA)	Consolidation feasibility analysis of more completely merging some or all of the City of Sausalito’s and the Southern Marin FPD’s Fire Service operations in order to gain greater economies of scale, avoid fiscal, governance and operational duplication and where needed, improve service.
City of Santa Rosa, CA	Analysis of the potential for a merger, consolidation or contract that will result in improved emergency response, customer service and financial stability through a partnership between the City of Santa Rosa Fire Department, Roseland FPD and the Rincon Valley FPD.
City of Patterson, CA	Joint fire protection study to review the current arrangement for fire protection services in the cities of Patterson and Newman, as well as the West Stanislaus Fire Protection District.
City of Redlands, CA	High-level assessment of the feasibility of fire agency consolidation for the cities of Redlands and Loma Linda.
City of Monterey, CA	High-level assessment of the feasibility of fire agency consolidation for the cities of Monterey, Pacific Grove and Carmel.
City of Lodi, CA	Professional technical services related to assisting Lodi in assessing the advisability of providing fire department services to two neighboring fire districts.
City of Pismo Beach, CA	High level assessment of the feasibility of fire agency consolidation for these agencies: Pismo Beach, Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach, and the Oceano Community Services District. The partners desired an independent review of the current fire department service relationships to determine if a functional or a full consolidation of one or more departments would provide cost stabilization while maintaining effective services.
Seaside and Marina Fire Services (CA)	Assistance with an implementation plan for consolidation of Seaside and Marina fire services. This included assisting Seaside and Marina in reaching agreement on the issues, including research and recommendations as requested by the agencies.
City of So. Lake Tahoe, CA	Fire department consolidation feasibility analysis for the City of South Lake Tahoe area and the surrounding South Basin area. Additionally, Citygate conducted a Community Fire Safe Plan addressing the urban/wildland interface for the City of South Lake Tahoe.
