Recruitment Strategy
We also develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy – one that is based on the “value proposition” of the position. The “value proposition” is based on the positive qualities of your agency that contribute to its success. Applicant Screening
Our staff of professionals are well-skilled in screening and evaluating applicants. After carefully reviewing resumes, we select the most qualified applicants for further evaluation which will include preliminary reference checks, telephone interviews and other methods of evaluating the applicants’ suitability for the position. We then conduct detailed and comprehensive face-to-face interviews with the best-qualified applicants to obtain information about their experience, achievements, motivation, personality and management and leadership style.
Applicant Referral
Citygate Associates provides the client with a detailed written report for each recommended finalist. Our assigned staff meets face-to-face with the client to review each applicant’s qualifications, motivation and interest in the position. We also provide the client with information obtained in our reference check. Once the client decides whom to consider further, we coordinate and schedule final interviews, assist the client in developing an interview or assessment process and keep the finalists informed of their status in the process.
Appointment
Citygate Associates will assist the client in handling delicate salary and benefit negotiations necessary to finalize an appointment. We will facilitate a discussion between the selected candidate and the agency in helping set the performance goals and objectives. This service is part of our standard search process.
